What headphones/IEMs do you use

I'm thinking of buying an IEM. Are IEMs better or headphones?

i use 7hz salnotes zero IEM. Its 20 bucks but insane sound quality. Headphones are objectively better but u wont find anything close to good in the under 100 dollar range.

I was thinking about these too. Really cheap. I hate v shape sound though (both high bass and high treble) so let's see.

not an audio nerd cant help u with that mate but all i can say is i was blown away with the detail after using ur avg joe airpods and samsung earphones. and that u wont find equally good headphones for cheap. It is very comfortable too, tho does not have too much noise isolation which might be a good thing based on the person
