Nerfs affecting ranked

I don't if it's just me but the constant nerfs and buffs that are catered to pro play are honestly ruining the ranked experience.

I just picked up viper today and she's boderline unplayable as a solo controller in ranked it take like 20 seconds for full regen feels like everytime you pick an agent to play the nerf the hell out of it.

The reserve ammo nerf as well I've been running out of bullets a lot. There's so much stuff to shoot like sage walls and coves,dogs, pokemon and I'm running out of bullets most of the time shooting util

skill issue...

I agree about viper she is turning to be very annoying to play with all these nerf i better start transitioning to harbor and figure out this agent fast.

how much bullets do you need to shoot people anyway like 3 or 4 max
ive literally never run out of bullets in 3 years
