Like rito cant be buffing agents like reyna or phoenix, cuz they are too good in ranked already. But are underused in pro play.

idk abt that at least when it comes to how long it took for them to nerf running and gunning and tbh we still need to see if it will really change a thing, theyve done it before but it wasnt that effective
