why so many orgs sign imports? All the playoffs team have at least one import player.

like, Japan got the biggest player base in Asia, surely the talent pool is huge there, why the need for imports?

Why not ? Ruski players demand less salary than average jp income and can perf better

it could ruins the growth of the esport on the country and ends up like NA league of legends scene where there's almost no player from NA playing, only imports

Well sadly the talent isn't as proven as for example Russian talent. Which is why they just import insane aimers from Russia and so on. I feel like in terms of firepower, Japan isn't as strong as other regions.

I feel like that kind of shortcut is working only for short term for the scene. But I get it, the orgs got 0 interest on that and the only thing they got interest is just to win.

Most of the Japanese pro are not qualified in mechanic, they got a job only because they are better than the other Japanese
