Union Classified?

I'm not sure if I did my calculations correctly but isn't The Union guaranteed to qualify to Ascension since they've secured 3rd place at a minimum?

That's what I thought too but look:

The Union: 110 points (3rd place: the minimum they can get now)
00 Nation: 105 points (if they get 1st) or 95 points (if they get 2nd)
VK: 115 points (if they get 2nd) or 125 points (if they get 1st)

In both cases, The Union qualifies right?
