The 4 teams that didn't make playoffs have a double-elim tournament, the winner joins the three teams in playoffs that didn't qualify to masters/champs for another double-elim. Thoughts? or is the format too long?

no clue on the format bc a tourney with 7 teams is so wierd. normally u want an even number

Yes, so basically a 4 team double-elim and the winner joins the remaining 3 teams for another 4 team double-elim

I hope it’s the gauntlet system teams talked about, it basically confirms The 4th teams to win 1 bo3 and secure the lcq win

may be bring ascension winner so we get 8 teams but I think this is impossible

I don't think it is something they will ever do, and also LCQ happens at the same time as Ascension tournament. The Ascension winner won't even be decided
