No that's not the reason. He dosent get anything out of eg doing good in masters. But if they do bad that proves even more how good he is and reduces the chance of him getting benched. Like imagine reformed pops tf off and they decide to play with him cuz they dont want to start prac with a different person again

its gonna happen no matter what cuz eg is mid without him and we can definitely see that in masters tokyo unless some miracle happens and bcj or other subs perform godly in his place
