Claiming that the CIS isn't part of EMEA is like assuming that California isn't part of the US. Yes, I understand that the CIS is a region, while EMEA represents a combination of continents/countries. but realistically, EMEA in esports is just EU, CIS, and Turkey, -Middle East - Africa. but the analogy makes sense, so don't try and call me dumb. if you disagree, it is just your NA bias speaking.
