demon1 is going to tokyo?

in the past few days i saw an clip from demon1 saiyng that if eg qualifyes to tokyo he will not play that tournament, people from NA can tell if this change or not?

he doesnt have visa so no, he may be able to go to champs however

Apparently the plan that the Japanese government agreed to with riot for the visas for Japan will not apply to him because he was not on original roster. He can 100% do Champs because that is in LA.
