It’s really not that bad. Some mr coffees are like 20 USD and grounds from the store aren’t too bad either. It’s when you buy from chains, invest in expensive machines, or get into energy drinks when it gets bad

- Work/study: If you are working/ studying for a first time taker 1 shot of espresso/ 1 energy drink would be fine I tend to prefer Monster ultra cause i am working on controlling caloric sugars and also it doesnt taste like cough syrup.
You need to alternate taking caffiene on really immportant days so that you dont hit your peak tolerance so I suggest taking for 2 weeks and doing a ween off period for 1 week or 1 and a half to reduce your caffiene tolerance. DO NOT GO OVER 400mg per day or 500 mg Perday Caffiene is a dehydration agent and without proper hydration you have a serious chance of Diarrehea + dehydration which might kill you (Watch chubbyemu video on guy who drank 2liters of coffee).- Gaming: tbh not required unless you are a pro player.
- Workout/gym: take black coffee without sugar on upper body days and on leg day take 2 black coffees (250ml each or 300ml each). If coffee causes acidity you can try preworkout. Remember to do a loading cycle so that you again dont reach your peak and also try the same method for caffiene tolerance as in work/study. Preworkout 1 scoop (200mg) on upper body day and 2 scoop (400mg) on leg day for maximum efficiency and dont have any other source of caffiene that day.
