from the start of valorant beta until the end of rekjavik, he even remained very relevant until the the end of 2021

what counts are the international championships and not the beta or smaller championships
you said HISTORY. That means the entirety of valorant's competitive past. the game existed a long time before international events
there's no way to know if a certain player is the best player in the world or history if he doesn't compete with players from other places in the world. That's why only international championships are valid
