Cryo: he had a bad start but turned up the second half of the season, can be one of the best duelists in the world

Asuna: He had statistically the best split from all the 100T players, all while playing a shit ton of agents, definitely one of their most valuable players

Bang: bad split by his standards but still very young and one of the best smokes players NA, he'll bounce back

CUT:

Stellar: a big weakness of this team was midrounding, it was just bad alot of the time, not sure who you'd get to replace him but if theres someone better available then he needs to go

Derrek: just not a top initiator NA, with one of either Trent or Eeiu not winning ascension, you have to go for one of them

COACHING:

No coach can do it alone get this guy an assistant coach and analyst

this may soound so troll but they should actually give steel a trial at least - he is a great midrounder and has chemistry with Asuna already, with tier one players around him to pick up the fragging slack he can actually be a good IGL on a tier one team

No, that's not enough at the highest level anymore. We've seen how a non-fragging IGL can hold back a team w/ dephh and some of the emea teams like KC who has zeish, their assistant coach, IGLing as a permanent stand in. There are too many teams who will just shit on steel and put 100T at a disadvantage.

they can be a walmart NA version of that with Cryo Asuna/Nismo Trent Bang

Boaster isn't a bad fragger. He's not a raid boss like his teammates, but he isn't a drag on the team and hits a lot of shots, similar to Benkai. Obviously you can upgrade Boastees, but he's a decent fragger with great IGLing (and in the case of PRX, they wanted less IGLing and more fragging haha). Stellar is under both of these guys in the frag department and also doesn't IGL well enough for them to be a title contender team.

Johnqt, valyn both established igls good in the scene. If you want a new one to take a chance on you have flyuh, if you want to redeem one theres also vanity. Theres a few good choices in tier 2 rn

yeah, if TGRD doesn't make it, they need Zander or Valyn. Even Derreck isn't pulling his weight, so Trent or another cracked initiator would be a very poignant pick up for 100T

Zander isnt that great of an igl you meed to pair him with a midrounder. Valyn is the best solo choice. Johnqt is also good and plays the sentinel role too.

derrek wasnt even good in LCQ he just had absurd clutch stats(fluke) but he had little impact, he hasnt been a top initator since 2021 LCQ on rise

NiSMO or JonahP need to replace Asuna. Jonah won’t put up the stats but he will give them more flexibility with comps + he won’t do braindead stuff like Asuna, he’s a safe player and they don’t need more firepower. NiSMO is just a dominant guy

They don’t get it and I fear it’s due to asunaa likeability and fanbase but he is NOT a franchise level flex player. He is a duelist player but isn’t great on jett I’m sorry to inform the fans. JonahP and Nismo are excellent flexes

I think M80 will win ascension so i dont think nismo will be available but if he is then they should look into him over asuna.

I dont think JonahP is an upgrade, maybe trolls less but asuna sheer firepower will win rounds that JonahP cant

There were so many rounds where Asuna pushed to make 100T one man down. Yes he can go crazy in some instances but thats not sustainable. Either fix that or drop him too

If they can't show any improvement in the LCQ they definitely need to make changes imo- they've had plenty of time to prove themselves now. I agree that the young core of Asuna, cryo and bang will be good to build around in the future. It's been hard to watch Derrek have a rough split, he was huge for them back in LCQ especially with the insane amount of clutches, but just doesn't have the same impact anymore. Stellar's style of igling isn't working too great for them either, the structured style that Sean preferred was so much better and didn't have them running around the map looking lost half of the time. I think Mikes is a good coach, but it's impossible to do all of the work alone and I think this has had a bigger impact than people think for the team.

the last time 100T looked fluid and played good-looking Valorant was back in redbull when they were still using Sean's strats. They are just such a different team without him and Mikes is all alone with no full-time staff to help him. Stellar and Derrek have also now shown that they're very upgradeable if better roles come on the market
