Because there's many insane Turkish players out there, but they seem to be lacking good IGLs and coaching so full Turkish teams aren't doing too well in high tier 1. But when you put some of these guys to teams with good IGL and coach they can shine. Also even currently Turkey is the most competitive EMEA VRL league and even FUT won last Ascensions.

Turks are generally all aim no brain in csgo and they have problems with English, so no good Turk igl=no good Turk teams. In valo they have a similar problem but at least BBL and FUT are decent strat-vise
