yeah after champions, I would assume that off season would last like 3 months, and then the first split of 2024 would start at december due to more matches needed because there would be 11 teams next year instead of 10 (if I do the match correctly, next year there should be 55 matches in a split instead of 45 matches in a split this year)

no it is after champs afaik

No, if it was a regular season then there would be one between split 1 and 2 however, this year there is no midseason transfer window.
