What they don't understand is that it's actually both

every player has his ups and downs man. if people are still saying yay is washed, they are just loud fanbase hating on optic's star player

Both yay and the team underperformed cant really blame a specific person. When yay joined DSG i was hopping that he is gonna show some versatility and prove to everyone why he deserves to be on a T1 team. I was never expecting him to carry DSG but also didn’t think that his performance is gonna be this underwhelming. Hopefully he can pick it back up next season and show people that he still got it
