He played pretty well for first time neon, having perfect util on an agent takes time

a stun wouldn't have gotten all of them anyway. He was aiming at keznit for quite a while but neon ult just sucks. You can't get value out of it when people are expecting you cz it just doesn't do damage. In that sense ig his util was bad there but he will learn as he plays more. Stop nitpicking
