Has anyone been able to claim the banner

During the stream today they dropped a link and a code to redeem a banner, has anybody gotten into the website and claimed it, cuz I still cannot.

The website is being overloaded with traffic, the code will be viable for 48 hours so there is at least a ton of time. I've been able to enter the code but it won't submit lul

If it says "you have reached the maximum amount of times you can redeem this code" does that mean you claimed it? Traffic bs af
