on his stream he is using a 360hz monitor but his fps is only 220-260, isnt that terrible?
if u get under 360 fps on 360hz monitor wont u notice bad screen tearing ?

I get like 600 fps but 144hz monitor. He probably has V-Sync enabled from his monitor to stop tearing.

I thought V-Sync was for like capping the amount of FPS they can get, idk it can dropped down ur FPS that massively

same when i used vsync on my old pc to try and make it smoother it came with the cost of input delay
