Yeah well the difference is that you are in a stable mental state and Sick isnt. He is manic and incredibly vulnerable to the stimulus around him + he is under the influence and is doing cannabis which has adverse effects when you are mentally unwell.

So given the situation and circumstances you should expect people to act with some kind of social awareness. But they are not and that's my entire point.
