i would say thats a skill issue,also in some cases its understandable because some nations just have shit infrastructure and no support system so its hard to become good or get recognition or shit practice etc,but that is not the case with japan in valorant

yeah,its all about the type of scene you have,if you dont have the winning mentality and competitiveness&hard work it doesn't matter how popular something is,like league in the west is popular but china and korea dominate it because they have built a culture of winning,hard work and professionalism unlike the west
