its hard to justify the time to make ur yoru comp that is good for 3 matches vs playing a meta comp that u can use for months until the meta changes im assuming thats why teams arent willing to put in the time
theres certainly ways to make yoru tps get some verticality and there are lots of creative things u can do with him but he still will never be as versatile as a jett or raze pick
i agree with everything u said tho and i congratulate u too for being one of the few vlr users that said something that makes sense
one of the shitter tier 9 teams i played on used to run yoru raze breach fade brimstone on bind and more recently has tried yoru raze breach gekko harbor for the same map
its a lot different on a team of imm2-3 players than it is on a pro team but we ran into the same issue of its predictability once u know how they plan to use the yoru
the comps worked well against teams who didnt know how to adapt
but if a team did know how to adapt they eventually hard counter the yoru
i believe any agent can be countered if they're doing the same shit every round, but yoru can fake tp which means its impossible to know where he actually is if you manage to hide the fake tp. i can't remember seeing a pro team fake tp inside a smoke for misinformation, yet that's something i do with a duo daily. like i said, its a matter of effort and dedication and people would rather do meta comps. i just want to see a pro team put a stratbook together to make him viable, but the issue is that nobody wants to be the first to put in that effort in case there's no payoff.
just an unfortunate situation for the agent, because he's the reason i'm at the rank i'm at and i know his potential. i understand your pov though, it is easy to get predictable with him if you're doing the same flash tp every single round
