If Riot is trying to make agents in similar roles equally viable:
for the sentinel/anchoring role:
Viper gets a whole wall for Cypher's Spy Cam (55:45)
Viper gets 2 mollies for 2 trips (50:50)
Viper gets the smoke that can be picked up and does vulnerabiltity for 2 cages that make noise (cant be picked up. last 8 seconds) (60:40)
Viper gets Viper's Pit to Cypher Neural Theft (65:35) (cypher ult underrated asf. as an instant cypher ult user, its so fkn good in mid round)

additionally, all of cypher's stuff is revealed when suppressed and all cypher stuff can be shot while viper's stuff cant (even more of a bonus)
