...do Mike's and Stellar get the blame. I see all this Asuna and Cryo shit when the structure this team has is awful. The set plays bad, the spacing of players terrible. 0 follow up when cryo gets aggressive. Derrek looks like he has no idea what his protocols are. This is a coaching/igl issue.

If I were to put the blame on 1 person it'd be Mikes rn bcoz he is not cutting it. ZERO prep from them, they're playing it like a pug. Even if 100T win the series I'd be ashamed of this Ascent loss

Doesn't matter what he did with ENVY, I'm speaking based on what I'm seeing right now. They had zero prep, no set plays, no space taking on defense. Just half ass contact plays on attack and a lazy default on defense
And after so many losses its so dumb to not ban Ascent. They refuse to play Fracture even tho its a great map for them.

Agreed, Stellar thrives under a coach like Sean Gares who gives them more organized set plays. I know Stellar and Mike both prefer a fluid, less rigid playstyle, but it's not really working for them

This team has many problems, let me list them

Team doesn’t look like a team, uncoordinated execs and players on diff pages
Strategies have a lot of flaws, one player out of place throws it all apart
IGLing and coaching Isn’t great, bad reads, bad protocols and these guys used to be extremely disciplined, that ain’t true anymore
Fundamentals aren’t great, not a great coach so they don’t seem to understand their positions based on their roles + can’t mental reset. Cryo and Asuna are struggling and derrek looks like ur avg t2 player so their are a lot of aim diffs
