I don't watch KR league, can anyone give me tldr on who's best and stuff?

I'm posting something here so I can come back and see exactly what this guy is asking. I watched like one game of TOGS, and now that I'm looking at the bracket this shit is wild compared to last split. There have been multiple 13-0's? When all but one team has 2 wins and 1 or more loses? WTF is this league?

Dk
Rio or Slt now
SDC or Gwangju Shadow now
Togs.
And maybe Maru( I say maybe because they look alright but they're still paced 3rd so I don't want to count them out too easily)
These teams are the only teams to look out for really.
Despite the 13-0s these teams can and will beat each other on a good day.
The others are either mediocre or just straight up ass cheeks.
