Stayed together? If they had Western Europe as a separate region the league would be all KOIs, KCs, and Heretics? Which all get cleared by T2 NA teams, let alone the 5 that are in the league.

You could easily remove Middle East and Africa (E"MEA") and it wouldn't make a difference. Outside of Turkey obviously if you cound them as Middle Eastern.
