Is chamber that bad?

I feel like split is proof that chamber can be viable if the range of the trip was slightly bigger, or if the trip cooldown for recall would be shorter. This map is small enough to where chamber has a lot if places he can play if the trip around mid. I think chamber being good is also good for the meta in general, the ideal imo is for both jett and chamber to be equally viable or map dependent. So we han have a more passive op agent and a more agressive one.

Chamber changes:

Bring back two anchors but keep range 20% lower than release
TP cooldown: 25s

Headhunter: 4 shots, 100 creeds each

TP: no range restriction
