whenever Victor is doing well, his team does well. When he isn't feeling it, they do bad

victor is so underrated man. A selfless flex player who doesn't need to be in the spotlight to be productive for his team.

it goes both ways

he crumbles under pressure = team cant perform because he cant perform which isnt a healthy trait for a “goat duelist”.
