Oakland isn't amongst biggest cities in the world, making it less atractive to ppl but if you go a little far down in Cali, you can go to LA
Yeah a SEA caster was doing an interview with a player and said it would be held in vancouver or something.
Hopefully somewhere in Europe, timezone wouldn't be super fucked for Asians.
