It all depends on what the orgs and riot do moving forward. The idea is first year or couple of season the teams will be bad but orgs suppose to kick players that can't perform for new players. Eventually level will go up.

Scream fell off ever since he switched roles. Avova fell off a long time ago. Nivea and zeek are the only decent players on their respective rosters
