Who is the GOAT?
a) Samson: The guy had a cool long hair, strangled a lion using brute force alone, slept with beautiful women (marrying one of them), killed around 1,000 Philistines with a donkey's jawbone, and even managed to get revenge on his enemies by bringing down an entire temple with his own hands, killing over 3,000 pagan worshipers.
b) David: The king who defeated a giant with just a sling and a lot of determination. Not to mention he was a great musician, so he could probably have resolved any conflict by playing a beautiful song. He also killed a lion to protect his sheep, but used intelligence and dexterity rather than brute force. He established a dynasty and had one of the most victorious armies in human history.
c) Noah: He built a giant ark and managed to save a variety of animals from an apocalyptic flood. He definitely deserves credit among the great characters.
d) Jonah: He was swallowed by a great fish and survived. Not everyone can say they've had an experience like that.
e) Moses: The guy parted the Red Sea, which is impressive. He was also a respected leader and received the Tablets of the Law directly from God. Other characters only heard God's voice in dreams or visions. He was also one of the greatest leaders in history, leading the Jewish people from Egypt to Jerusalem in a journey that lasted about 40 years...
f) Abraham: Showed great faith and received divine prophecies. To me, one of the weaker characters despite his importance.
