Slightly yes even I have a 75 hz it will slightly be harder but not impossible you can reach up until Diamond or Ascendant

Yeah I am quite Aggro you're right. KJ is actually quite easy to play but if I'm being aggro then playing KJ won't help right
Itsover [#44]You aim at feet level, there's no way you have only 23% hs vs golds who don't know how to move at all, anything below 40 at that elo is just bad. Learn where head level is and u will rank up instantly

It is harder to land a hs in immo than in silver, be honest to yourself, if you were put in silver you would have 50+ HSP easily because people there practice diagonal peeks and don't know how to strafe or jumpspot, so there's no need to spray vs them.

My friend had consistent 27-30% hs and is hardstuck plat for years

it means youre shooting heads more than you are bodys, if sinatraa had his movement + smoke/wall spraying habits but had better crosshair placement his hs would increase, which would be a good thing.
Higher HS% does indicate better aim / gunplay / crosshair placement.
