Pelé is greater than all football players in the actual era, what he meant to football history will never repeat itself.
Messi is better than him skillwise (hard to say this but this is my opinion) because the competition is way better today than what it was in Pelé's time. Messi plays at a high level since he started and will be playing like that until he retires.
