depends who you ask but theres really no difference between a masters and champions except the number of teams. I think both count personally

There is a difference as trrophy , prize , and quality wise

One of the main reasons Champions is more important than Masters or any other international event is the time the teams had to prepare themselves, evolve, and be better as a team, the quality of the games is way higher.

for EU, masters doesn't count as a major
for NA, masters count as a major
for BR, masters doesn't count as a major
for APAC, they don't have master, so they don't have a opinion
