If you knew Pancada you would know that he would rather die to play an agent he doesn't enjoy at ranked other than the agent he is supposed to play competitively or duelist (his ex-role) to have fun.

It also could be that Syyko asked him to expand his agent pool

I think sykko is worried if Tenz quits mid season, so Marved join and pAncada plays sentinel role.

This seems plausible, so pAncada is increasing his agent pool for this.

But for now I think TenZ will be playing at least until Masters Tokyo.

I don't think he will resign mid-season, but they may have him as a backup plan

If TenZ takes the break:
Zekken - Duelist
Dephh - Flex
Sacy - Initiator
pANcada - Sentinel
Marved - Controller

Definitely better than putting Marved on Sentinel or Flex, it's much more comfortable on Smokes
