My parents think im weak and i should eat alot
But literally im fine i can run alot of miles without givin up
When i argue it’s genetics and im build like that they just yell
Like if i eat too much im only going to get fater no?
I'm sorry man but the "genetics" thing is just bs. I thought that way like 2 years ago but then i just started eating alot more and working out everyday. I'm 6'3/191cm and i weighed like 68 kilos which is insane. Now im 95kg atm. You just need to eat more carbs (pasta or rice),protein, workout 4-5 days a week and rest well and you will build muscle
