yes. mental illness is a severe issue and it’s common, he have some sort of mental illness again and make these bad decisions again, orgs will stay away from that. you’re focusing way too much on the mental illness aspect of it and think orgs will just ignore these decisions because he was under mental illness

i agree they might not want to take the risk if he gets better, incase of it happening again, but thats not on him, you cant blame the real him for the way he acts while he isnt well
