i thought the same of sh1n and keloqz and they seemed prepared enough for tier 1 and they wasnt pretty good looking on tier 2 tbh.

No he was not. He has been signed with the Guard ever since he was initially signed. That is QUITE literally the only reason he is not signed to a T1 team. He is undeniably a top 10 talent in NA, but he could be as high as top 5 or higher
