For most people yeah thats why this idea is an option to turn on or off

Lmao they won't do this. If they do they loose a lot

I think showing the skins is a way of promoting them, it will catch people's eyes, therefore it'd not help riot at all with skin selling.

They should have an option where you can disabled all skin/effects. I feel like some ppl won't like it and it affects their gameplay somewhat.
