the sooner you stop valuing that number too highly, the better your life will be.
my whole life I always thought i was overweight/unhealthy since i let that number dictate a lot of my life, to the point where i developed bad bulimia and dropped 40 lbs in a year in an extremely unhealthy way. once i learned healthier eating habits and adapting a balance between exercise and leisure, i gained some weight back, yet right now i'm the most physically healthy i've ever been. right now i'm 160 lbs 5'9" which is relatively close to being overweight, but that's a healthy weight for me since i have a lot of natural muscle and a slow metabolism.
tl;dr your weight isn't as important as making healthy lifestyle choices, don't focus too hard on that number
