Look at there Match History i don't really see an improvement maybe the Assistant coach can cook up something, I feel like a lot Korean coaches are One-Dimensional not allowing for the players to play at their fullest potential.

He is a good coach, the prev players were ass and he was bought out for franchising purpose. Assistant coaches are very good and eliminates any korean 1 dimensioness present

Damon was top 3 team in Korea with him in 2021
#2 in split 1 , #3 in split 2 , #3 in APAC Lcq

theres a reason they have more than 1 coach theres that

You shld watch how MARU utilize the aggression of HANN.
Nowadays KR coaches are more flexible with taking more risks and are not really one dimensional anymore.
RIO company is pretty good example too
