U dont need external program lmfao, if ur talking about "Truestretched" (program) which is changing Fov, IT is bannable.
The normal "stretched" is normal and not bannable ofc lol.

Do this settings in NVDIA and ur 1280x960 will be "stretched' fov doesnt change just hud stretches which gives u nice feeling
