Our rate rn is 2.2 and decreasing, we'll hit replacement rate in like 2 decades, that's far better than what most expected. Jk CH wb RJ are small fry compared to the up Bihar belt, if they focus on just those 3 they'll drop the overall rate down. The south and north east are below replacement rate.
