Why don't they sign some na players since there in franchising? could make the team a bit better imo

you are actually really not smart lol.
tarik and stewie only got signed because they were very good friends with brazilians and even could speak a little bit of portuguese, its just that it was the easiest players to sign instead of any other brazilian and trying to build their potential, the other good ones were already playing in other teams.
even then the org still got alot of hate specially with the stewie drama.
also mibr on csgo is a legendary org (because of the players) not on valorant. doubt any t2-1 american player would want to join the team, specially when the team barely speaks english bruh
