intro gone question?

If teams drop their 6th are they not allowed to sign another one? I would think they can't because of roster lock and all. or am I wrong?

i think they are allowed to change whatever they want before brazil but they cant change something during the tournament, the roster lock is just to hype up people by showing them whos playing at brazil bcuz if the roster lock was definitive koi could play with 4 players only rn.
