Low-mid elo scrims

Guys I need some help. I've just completed a team for small school based tournament with some plat players and me, immortal.
I'm searching for way to scrim effectively but only page I've been scriming on before was pracc.gg where the level is to high and my teammates would just get outaimed. any recommendations?

U wouldn't get better as a plat against immortal brotha. I'm fine with diamond lobbies but not immo. Yesterday we tried to just 5stack rankeds and it got as against full dia and we won just 16-14 so it was a great match to improve but I don't really want to 5stack alot cuz it would mess my mmr.
And unrated is just shitfest

it's really not the case, a team of 5 silvers going against 5 immortals and all the silvers go 2-20 wouldn't make them improve in the slightest

I don't think that's the case, aim can only be improved over time and going against people that will win duels 90% of the time against you will only cause you harm, besides, who has the mental to be beat 3-13 every game...

It's good experience but you don't need to waste your time scrimming with plats. Find out 4 players with immortal3 and good attitude to competition.

It's just for the school tournament. I don't know about any other immortals out there and also all of them are good friends of mine so I'm willing to spent few evenings with them just to practice.

I was hardstuck on silver, kept watching global players play and sometimes 1v1 them, same logic can and should be applied to Valorant
