dude there are like hundreds of thousands of players playing the game in every moment. Having admins who police every lobby would be literaly impossible as that would take at least 20k admins active 24/7 ( and thats assuming the game has only 200k constant active players, personally think its more). Want advice on what to do with ranked toxicity? You deal with it. And if you cant you dont play the game.
first of all, they certainly could. this is a billion dollar company we're talking about.
now, with account restrictions disabling use of alts/smurfs (where most reports are likely to stem from) through a verification system (or an hours played limit like that which is found in some faceit hubs), combined with the sheer threat of admins watching demos (which is not a real threat now, its mostly algorithms and rito is basically facilitating a space for all sorts of horrific behavior in vc), these unnecessary parts of the valorant experience (griefing, cheating, no-comming, etc), which aren't as rampant in the casual enjoyment of traditional sports, would drastically decline and thus improve the game
but community is mostly children for childe game who seem to just accept the world as it is instead of trying to change it
