First off they have to communicate in English, Secondly they have to build synergy and strategies, Thirdly the composition and roles. Also remember they're a 7 man team so who's gonna be in playing 5 for each map. Now, they have to do this in less than 2 months as they'll be getting in Korea no sooner than December last week.
