Allied Esports has announced the Allied Esports Odyssey, a €15,000 Ignition Series event for the European Region.

Two open qualifiers will be held on August 8-9 through tournament partner Challengermode to determine the two qualifying participants.

Qualifiers will be followed by a series of "Bo2" matches featuring all six teams in a single round robin group.

The top four teams from the group stage will advance to the playoffs on August 16 and compete in a Bo1 GSL bracket to determine the two teams who will then compete in a Bo3 grand final.

The Allied Esports Odyssey is the fourth European Ignition Series event and follows the Mandatory.GG Cup in which G2 Esports G2 Esports Inactive continued their streak of dominance after defeating surprise contenders bonk bonk Inactive juseu Elric Belland 3-0 in the grand finals.
