Been depressed lately and a big part is due to this job. Has me constantly stressed out and it’s to where I just get home sleep and do it again. Should I push through until I get another interview (i’ve applied at a couple places) or cut ties now and focus on myself for a week so I can get my shit together?

soft quit, keep collecting a paycheck while you wait to hear back from your other applications/interviews

If you have the financial backing to last at least a month without the job, then quitting might be the best to help urself and wait until the interview. Otherwise you're better off just grinding the next few weeks, but please try and keep ur hopes up, tough times don't last long only tough people do.

Take a vacation and go out of town with friends/family and later prepare for interview but don't quit your job as of now(my suggestion)
but you gotta take the decision...

gl

pls don't say you were trolling and this was just for fun :(
I hope it's not

this is a massive W
Honestly, quit your job, if your mental health is affected by it, get out of there asap man. Im sure you can find a placeholder job before you move to your next one.
GL man!

Honestly if a job is taking such a big toll on you mentally it’s not worth sticking around, I’d say atleast make sure you have something else lined up before you dip tho.

Physical health really keep mind motivated
Try to do gym
You can find work here and there but don't get depressed.
But try to keep it till you find good opportunity.

the grind don't stop my man keep pushing until you find a new job but remember balance your home life with your work life. I recommend going to the gym so you can relax or doing something you enjoy for a week

I live in a SUPER small town the only gym we have is the school one. Which lacks equipment and a membership is 100$ per year. Any ideas on some equipment I could get to start myself?

You definitely don't need to stay.

BUT, be really honest with yourself about the following things if you're not sure about quitting.

What would make the job better?
Is there anything you can do to set better boundaries at work?
Have you tried getting support from the job itself?
Is the job a hellhole or is it other stuff that's having a knock on effect at work?
What would make a new job different/better?

I've been there and I will tell you. No job should be in higher priority than your health. If they are in trouble they won't think twice about firing you. You should always put yourself first.
Take care of yourself and soon enough you will be better and in a better place.
Keep up my brotha!

Try to do simple workout
Yoga and if you think you can do more start by simple dumbbell set and rod and weights just don't overdo.

1) Been there. Health and family should always be your priority. Don't yet quit the job until you get responses from other applications. But if you've tried everything and it gets worse each day, you're better off leaving the hell and try n plan a vacation with family/friends.

2) Maybe discuss with a colleague or senior (when you are ready to face any consequences). Maybe the problem is somewhere else and IT NEEDS TO LEAVE.
