Blue light glasses

anyoev got any experience with blue light glasses? my eyes have become very strained by laptop screen. Do blue light glasses actually work? if so do y'all have any recommendations

i have one and i dont think they work and theyre kinda yellow tinted too

• Play with lights on
• Keep your face at least 15cm away from the screen
• Eye drops are nice as well
